The SHBFinance application is designed for customers of the Saigon - Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank Financial Company Limited (SHBFinance), offering the following features:

1. Customer service:
   • View information on consumer loan contracts with SHBFinance
   • Access information on credit cards with SHBFinance
   • View and sign electronic credit contracts
   • Perform online credit card services: activate, lock/unlock, change PIN, etc.
   • Check disbursement locations, repayments to SHBFinance
   • View information on promotions and offers
   • Explore products, services of SHBFinance
   • Provide feedback on service quality to SHBFinance
2. Online consumer loan registration:
   • Allows existing customers of SHBFinance to check conditions and register for additional loans through the application
3. Value-added services:
   • Repay consumer loans and credit card balances to SHBFinance (Payment intermediary cooperation service)
   • Check and pay utility bills on the application (Payment intermediary cooperation service)
   • Check and register for insurance purchases on the application (Insurance company cooperation service)

Loan registration process:

• Step 1: Select the product and register information directly on the application
• Step 2: Provide personal photo and ID card photo
• Step 3: Complete other registration content as guided on the application
• Step 4: SHBFinance will assess and approve the application
• Step 5: Customers sign the electronic credit contract
• Step 6: SHBFinance disburses the loan

Loan conditions:

• Vietnamese citizens aged 20-59 years old

• Fees/penalties (as per regulations of the State Bank of Vietnam): Early repayment penalty (4%-6% x remaining principal balance, applied when customers repay early), late repayment penalty (150% x interest rate in arrears, applied when customers repay late)

Lending period: 12 months
Interest rate: 16%/year (based on the policy of each product)
Total monthly payment: 966,000 VND
Total repayment amount: 11,600,000 VND
Total interest amount:1,600,000 VND
